Brand new apartament house. Well equipped and spacious apartments with a beautiful view of the lake. Fresh bread and eggs every morning. It takes 15 min by car to get to Tröpolach / Nassfeld skiing area.
We spent 2 lovely weeks with our 2 children in the Woody apartment, which was built at the very front of the lake and offers good comfort. Everything very clean. We would be happy to come back. Staff very friendly.
Quaint, dog friendly and well appointed apartments. The sauna area is well maintained and there is basketball and volleyball to keep you busy. The restaurants in the area are OK, but nothing special. Dogs are allowed for a fee per day. However, nothing is offered for this fee. No food bowls, basket, blanket, etc. If the fee is for the extra cleaning of the apartment, then I include a picture of our balcony floor. (Allergy sufferers beware)
Summary- A beautiful, well-kept accommodation right on the lake.

Nice resort and nice lake
A well-kept facility, directly on Lake Presseggersee. We stayed in the Lake Premium, 2 double bedrooms (one with extra TV), large bathroom with sauna, shower and bathtub. Kitchen big enough, everything you need available, fridge too small in summer. We stayed for 2 weeks and the bed linen should have been changed once. The apartment could have been cleaned a little better, cobwebs behind the TV and in the corners. A vacuum cleaner and a mop were announced for cleaning, we never saw a mop or broom. A cloth for cleaning the toilet and bathroom and cleaning products were also missing.
The two caretakers are always on site, always hardworking and very helpful, very friendly to guests. Inns in the neighborhood with good cuisine: “Seerestaurant Zum Alois”, inn “Feierabend” are recommended.
All in all a great facility, nice staff, great swimming spot.
In the "farm shop" we were missing bread, fruit and vegetables and sausage products (ham, etc.). Drinks are available as well as some goods, there is still a need here. A needs assessment among guests could help.
We were there for the second time in three years and noticed that there were a lot of guests with dogs who were doing their business in the green areas (faeces were removed) but perhaps a small separate area would be possible. After all, children play on the lawns.
Fantastic place for a wonderful holiday. Everything is correct, everything is there and super hospitable, clean and luxurious. Beautiful location on the water. Enjoyed it immensely.
A great place with great opportunities. This accommodation can rightly be called a “resort”. Small problems were solved immediately, unbureaucratically and exceeding our expectations. We will be back!
Simply wonderful... we were able to switch off and relax wonderfully in these ten days... the temperature of the lake was always very pleasant and therefore very refreshing (also for our dogs)... great weather as always... the Rooms and the hotel complex were very well maintained!...very good food (very important :-)...everything was TOP!!!...we are already looking forward to the next time!!......THANK YOU! !
